The relationship between Amir and Hassan

The grew up without there real mother and drunk from the same breast. Amir is the son of a generous, wealthy and celebrated businessman. Hassan is in compare with him very poor and the sun of a servant. Even there live are not same, than Amir is by religion(form) Sunnit and Hassan Shiti. There is also the difference between there urgine, because Amir is a Pashun boy and Hassan is Hazarat. But for Amir at the beginning and as child this all differences were not of weight. Very impressive is that the first word of Amir was Baba which means father and the first one of Hassan was Amir.

Amir and Hassan enjoyed doing everything together, were playing so much together like cop and robber, torture insects and use a piece of mirror to annoy the neighbours. They spended the most lovely time underneath their pomegranate tree on top of a hill. Later as Amir went to school they climbed the hill and Amir read for Hassan under there tree so many stories. The also carved into the tree the phrase: "Amir and Hassan, the sultans of Kabul”. Amir was offending Amir and laughing about him, because he was uneducated and did not know some wordmeaning. But Amir never considered Hassan and him as friends. Maybe by knowing all the diffrences between them and knowing this is not changeable. Amir never played with Hassan in front or with the other kids. Because there were always bothering him with his background and his appearance. And Amir did not want also be bothered of them so he never appears with Hassan. This shows that Amir does not hold to his "friend" and support him. Lately this will be a fact. Amir and Hassan participate at the tournament of the kite running. For Amir this is a opportunity to prove at his father. At the end they won the tournament. Hassan runn for the second place kite till the down town. On his way back with the blue kite he came across with the kids of the neighbours. The start to bother him like always but this time they wont hurt him only take the blue kite. But as much as Hassan loves his friend Amir, he rather get beat up than give those kids the blue kite. However Hassan get raped by those kids and his bloodsbrother Amir was watching hidded. This was the breakage of the friendship between Amir and Hassan. After this act their lives led them follow two separate pathes. It was Amir which avoided Hassan. Because the repetance he did not help Hassan was lasting and making him sick. Also not knowing if Hassan saw him hidden and watching during the disaster.

The father-son relationship between Baba and Amir

The relationship between Amir and his father was not to envoy. Because a father should be proud of his son, but that was not the case.

Baba had seldom spend a lot of time with Amir. Baba rarely went with his son on friday to the zoo and make something great with him. And if once this was the case his father was lost in thought or looking non-stop at his watch. Amir gave him self as excuse that his father was a very busy man. Even at dinner Amir sometimes was alone or sitting quite in front of his father. They had nothing in common. His father was as child very masculine, never a victime always defending his self or friends. Baba was very buff and everyone respected him. His father was that kind of child who was dirty of playing football all the day and climbing trees. Amir in compare was very coward, thin  and was whenever reading books. The passion of Amir after books was also writing stories, he would rather exaggerated die than doing or wathing soccer. That why his father was disappointed as he could not convience Amir to play a sport like soccer even wathing.

Amir was already very distressing by knowing he is not the son his fahter wish to have. Amir has always also the feeling his father was accusing him for the birthdeath of his wive. Lately as Amir won the kite run his father was proude of him and spend more time with him. His father read as well all the stories Amir wrote. Baba hold also after the won tournament a very big birthdaypart as Amirs get 13. This nice father-son relationship did not last for long. Id disappeared as Amir asked his father for new servant, because of the situation between him and Hassan. His father was peeved at Amir about this idea and said to him, he should not even mention that everagain.

Afterward Amir was so desperated and accuse Hassan of stealing his new watch. His father called Ali and his son to talk to them about . Ali insist that is was the time to abandonaid Khabul. Baba could not convince. Amir remember how much Baba cried unashamed as they said goodbye Ali and Hassan. Later as Ali and Hassan left, his father was opservering him less than bevor.

The bond between Baba and Ali or Hassan

Baba and Ali grow up and spend there childhood like Hassan and Amir very lovely together. Ali was orphan and Baba's father raise him. Baba gave Ali and Hassan all that they would never had.

For Baba Hassan was equal as his own son. Baba has as well everytime a big gift for Hassan's birthday. What Amir notice was, that Baba was proud of Hassan and gave him more attention. Hassan was for Amir's father that kind of son he desired to have.

Baba was very sad as Ali and Hassan decide to leave. That shows how important those two persons for him were.

The friendship between Amir and Rahim Khan

For Amir Rahim Khan was the father he never had. Rahim Khan was very nice to Amir, because he was the best friend of Baba and knew about the relationship between Amir and Baba. Rahim Khan tried to encourage Amir in everthing. As good example was the beautiful letter he wrote for Amir after reading Amir's stories. There was as well more conversation with Rahim Khan. But one thing Amir did not tell him, the disaster which happened to Hassan and that he did not do nothing. But at the same time Rahim Khan knew also about that fact. Rahim Khan know about everything that Amir's lifes consider. That Amir was a coward and run away. Rahim Khan gave him all that his father did not gave him: more esteem.
